'80s inspired sheer organza high neck blouse featuring long voluminous puff sleeves with button cuffs and a floaty fit. Keyhole opening and 3-button closure at back of neck. Sheer organza fabrication in a black and white polka dot pattern. Love this paired a bralet, a velvet blazer, some high rise black denim and red lipstick!
